    Your files leave this device.

    Datareader stores uploads in private cloud storage and processes them on our server, then returns the recovered mesh and report to your browser.

    Processing and parser improvement

    We retain the original files, relevant processing metadata, and results. They are used only to process your upload, investigate parsing problems, improve the parser, and test future releases. The team may review your files for those purposes.

    Files are not automatically deleted when processing finishes. Only upload files you are entitled to share for processing and parser improvement.

    Rendering and result links

    The recovered mesh is passed to our embedded viewer in your browser. The viewer is loaded from a separate domain. The viewer loads only after you continue. Anyone with your result link can access its report and exported files.

    Privacy and deletion requests

    Email [email protected] with your question or deletion request. Include your result link or job ID so we can identify the files.

    Cookies and browser storage

    This app does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not store your acknowledgement. The embedded viewer may store display preferences in your browser. This notice appears whenever you open or reload a page.
